Clash of Clans September 2026: WWE Search for Cena & Full Events Calendar
WWE returns to Clash. John Cena's base is hidden somewhere in the game for the whole month, the Yeti Undertaker headlines four temporary troops, and CWL opens the season. Here's every date for September.
September's season is WWE: Search for Cena, and it runs the full month. Cody Rhodes has put the game to work looking for John Cena, whose loot-stuffed base is hidden somewhere out there until the 30th. Find it, raid it, and you keep a Cody Rhodes statue for your village permanently.
Clan War League also opens on day one, so the month starts with the fixture that tells you more about your clan than any other.
The Two Things With The Tightest Deadlines
Everything else in September runs for a week or more. These two do not:
- Money in the Bank Clan Rush (September 1 to 5). Five days, and it is a clan-wide effort, so a quiet clan will simply miss it.
- Battle Options #1 (September 1 to 6). Six days.
If your clan is not going to move on either, that is worth noticing early rather than at the end of the month.
Season-Long: Search for Cena
- The hunt itself (September 1 to 30). John Cena's base is hidden in the game. Raiding it successfully earns a one-time-only Cody Rhodes statue, so there is no second chance at it later in the month.
- John Cena Challenge (September 1 to 30). Entered through a Challenge Contract, which comes out of WWE Chests.
- WWE Chests (September 1 to 30). These carry Epic Equipment, Magic Snacks, Challenge Tickets and a guaranteed Cody Rhodes skin. Several of the month's events hand out extra chests, so the more of the calendar you work through, the more of the season track you finish.
- Temporary WWE Troops (September 1 to 30). The Yeti Undertaker is new this year. Kane, Yeta and Giant Giant return from the previous crossover. All four leave when the season ends.
The wider WWE lineup this season includes Cody Rhodes, Alexa Bliss, The Undertaker, IYO SKY, Jey Uso and Kane across the hero skins.
Week 1 (September 1 to 7): CWL and the Clan Rush
- Clan War League (September 1 to 11). 15v15 or 30v30 for League Medals. This is the one that exposes a clan: if yours sits it out, or signs up and then fields half a roster, you already have your answer about whether it is the right clan. New to it? Read our CWL guide.
- Money in the Bank Clan Rush (September 1 to 5). Convert Gold into Diamonds as a clan. Hitting the 850 million Diamond milestone unlocks a WWE Championship Belt decoration. A five-day clan-wide target is exactly the sort of thing an inactive clan never gets near.
- Battle Options #1 (September 1 to 6). Pick your reward at 33%, 66% and 100% destruction, so even a two-star attack pays out something you chose.
Week 2 (September 8 to 14): Equipment and Farming
- Equipment Blast (September 9 to 22). A fortnight built around the temporary WWE troops.
- Battle Options #2 (September 9 to 22). The same choose-your-reward mechanic, running alongside.
- Resource Fest #1 (September 12 to 14). Collector boosts with the Goblin Builder and the Researcher. A weekend to clear upgrades rather than attack.
Week 3 and 4 (September 15 to 28): Clan Games
- Clan Games (September 22 to 28). The usual clan-wide push for Magic Books, Runes and Gems. Whether your clan maxes the tiers is one of the clearest signals of how active it really is.
- Resource Fest #2 (September 26 to 28). The month's last farming window.
What This Month Tells You About Your Clan
September is unusually good for working out whether you are in the right place, because it front-loads the two things that need a whole clan rather than one player. CWL starts on the 1st and the Clan Rush ends on the 5th. By the first weekend you will know whether your clan turns up.
If the answer is no, the good news is that a clan looking to recruit is easy to find. Browse clans that are actively recruiting, filter to your Town Hall, and check the war record before you apply rather than after.
